The Washington Post: SEC Chairman requests broad investigative power.

The Wall Street Journal: Sins and Admission: Getting into the top prisons. The Bureau of Prisons didn’t grant Madoff his first Choice, and rebuffed a judge’s recommendation.  I wasn’t aware that there are “top prisons.” Perhaps, prisons will be the next thing to be ranked by U.S. World & News.
